Irelock provides many promotional services, meant to ease stresses and worries for anyone in business – particularly the artists. Commercial design and production are some of Irelock’s specialties, and have been for many years. Using our talents to help set you apart in the marketplace is one of our joys. We can generate everything from a complete “image package,” to portfolios, advertisements, brochures or simple business cards. All applicable artwork archived in our system is available to use on any level that will best promote who you are and what you are capable of creating. Note cards are a very popular way to show and promote your work. All prices for these are figured on a per sheet basis. Cards are produced on our Laser printer, which is controlled by a Fiery RIP to best utilize some of the world’s most sophisticated page layout programs. Cards are available on 80-lb. cover stock, matte finish only. When requested, cards are trimmed and hand folded by the staff at Irelock. Ask about card proofing and minimum orders.

Note Cards ...
These small cards (4.25”x5.5” when folded) are produced “2-up” (two cards per sheet). Envelopes and clear sleeves are also available.

Greeting Cards ...
The larger cards (5”x7” when folded) are produced “1-up” on an 8.5”x11” sheet. Envelopes and clear sleeves are also available.

Show Cards ...
Show cards (post cards) are produced “4-up” on an 8.5”x11” sheet. These are two-sided, printed with colour art on one side and black & white informational copy on the other.

USING EXISTING FILES OR SCANNING FOR SLIDES
For slide production, we can use files that are already in our archives or scan to create a digital file of a new painting. Regular scanning fees do apply if new digital files need to be made. We can process as many images at a time as you wish.

TURNAROUND
Processing time for a batch of slides from existing digital files is one week. If scanning is needed, processing will take standard scanning time plus one week. Standard scanning time varies, depending upon our current schedules. Rush can be applied for a fee and turnover can be brought to two days.
